1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Prompt Pic ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Prompt Pic is an AI-powered photo transformation application that allows users to apply artistic styles and effects to their photos using artificial intelligence technology. The App offers both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Auto-Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

4. User Accounts

The App uses anonymous authentication through Firebase. While no personal account creation is required, your usage data and subscription status are associated with your device and Apple ID.

5. User Content and Rights

5.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos you upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the transformation services.

5.2 Generated Content

The artistic transformations created by the App are yours to use, share, and distribute as you wish. We claim no ownership rights over the transformed images you create.

5.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload or create content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit, offensive, or harmful material
• Violates the privacy rights of others

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Use the App to generate content for commercial purposes without appropriate rights
• Share subscription credentials or attempt to bypass payment systems

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google Gemini API - AI transformations
• Firebase - Authentication and data storage
• RevenueCat - Subscription management

Your use of the App may be subject to the terms and policies of these third-party services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.

9.2 AI-Generated Content

The transformations created by the App are generated using artificial intelligence. Results may vary and we make no guarantees about the quality or accuracy of the generated images.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
